Description:
Scrambling shrub up to to 4 m high. Flowers yellow-green.
Notes: This species has been included to the Mozambique list on the basis of a specimen at Buffelskloof Herbarium (BHRH, Lotter 2142). However it is absent from Trees and Shrubs of Mozambique (Burrows et Al., 2018).
Derivation of specific name:
Habitat: Woodland on well-drained soils, closed lowland rain-forest and Brachystegia microphylla woodland.
Altitude range: 330 - 900 m

Worldwide distribution: Tanzania and northern Mozambique.
