Habitat: Widely distributed on flat plain. Growing in well-drained sand, in full sun conditions.

Notes: Annual herb, 70 cm high. Stem green, longitudinally grooved, heavily woolly. Leaves elliptic to trilobed, older leaves trilobed, has teat-like apices and round base. Flowers pink, tubular. Roots smooth, pale brown, main roots with thin, thread-like side roots.
