Shrub. Leaves alternate, opposite or in whorls of 3. Petiole 6-7 mm long; lamina 2-6 x 1.2-2.5 cm, obovate, discolourous, dark green above, whitish to brownish beneath; margin conspicuously ciliate and revolute; indumentum of both surfaces double, consisting of a layer of short ± appressed hairs and another of long rather sparse patent ones; midrib impressed above, raised beneath; lateral nerves raised and spreading hairy beneath, 1.5-3(-4.5) mm apart; reticulation not visible. Flowers white. |
