Description: |
Shrub or small tree. Leaves oblanceolate to elliptic, light green to bluish-green. Flowerheads 9–16 cm diameter; bracts pale green, flushed with red at the tips, usually persistently silvery velvety over all or becoming hairless towards the margin; flowers creamy-white. Perianth claw mostly hairless but with hairs inside at junction with the base and outside at junction with the limb. |
