Description:
Annual succulent herb up to 1.5 m tall. Stems more or less distinctly 4-angled, covered in long glandular hairs, up to 3.5 mm long. Leaves lanceolate to elliptic-ovate; margin often entire on upper leaves crenate on lower leaves. Flowers pale apricot-orange to deep orange-red.

Habitat: Widespread in rocky woodland, often in dry locations.
