Description:
Notes: This species was described in 2018 by Peter Bruyns (2018) as Ceropegia gracilidens following the new treatment of Ceropegia as a very broadly defined genus including the taxa previously placed in Brachystelma and all the genera in Stapeliae. As this concept has so far not been widely accepted we would still place this new taxon under Brachystelma as the valid genus name but no such name has formally been published.
