| Description: |
Prostrate creeping herb with stems up to 1.3 m long. Leaves more or less ovate in outline, deeply palmately dissected, up to 4 cm long, hairless except for the margins; upper leaves more linear with only small lateral teeth at the base; petiole c. 5 mm long. Inflorescences extra-axillary, umbelliform on peduncles 1-2 cm long; pedicels 2-3 mm long, both pubescent along one line. Sepals oblong, c. 1 mm long, hairless. Corolla cream or tinged with red, lobed almost to the base; lobes mostly reflexed at flowering time, oblong, c. 2 mm long. Follicles solitary, c. 1 cm long, with triangular distal projections, hairless, indehiscent. |
