Mozambique Administração Nacional das Áreas de Conservação ("ANAC") - the National Administration for Conservation Areas. ANAC has the mandate to manage the conservation areas (CA) of Mozambique set aside for the conservation of biological diversity. These CAs constitute a network of private and public areas under totally protected status or sustainable natural resources use schemes that also include state hunting blocks, game reserves and community conservation areas. ANAC is a category B public institute under the Ministry of Land and Environment (MTA). ANAC is technically, financially and administratively supported by various conservation organisations and donors through a range of long-term partnerships.
Zimbabwe Zambezi Society The Zambezi Society is the only conservation group devoted solely to looking after the Zambezi, the finest and wildest river in Africa.
Africa African Conservation Foundation The African Conservation Foundation is dedicated to supporting and linking African conservation initiatives, groups and NGOs, with the aim to strengthen their capacity, build partnerships and promote effective communication and co-ordination of conservation efforts.

There is much of interest on the site and I would recommend browsing through it.
