Perennial sedge, up to c. 45 cm high Leaf-sheaths characteristically spongy. Leaf blades reduced. Inflorescence up to 2.3 cm long and 3.5 cm wide. Spikelets up to 32 mm long, ragged with golden-brown glumes. |
