Common names:
Status: Native
Erect annual herb. Stems with short hairs. Leaves linear to narrowly elliptic. Flowers in dense terminal and lateral racemes, white, green or pale pink.
Notes: See subsp. stanleyana for comparison.
Derivation of specific name: albida: white
Habitat: In woodland and wooded grassland, along roadsides and as a weed of cultivation.
Altitude range: Up to 2020 m
Flowering time:
Worldwide distribution: Angola, Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mpumalanga, South Africa.
