Description: |
Erect, branched annual or short-lived perennial herb, up to 50 cm tall.Branches densely covered with very short stiff hairs, c. 0.3 mm long. Leaves 3-foliolate with oblanceolate leaflets 3-10 mm long, sparsely and finely pubescent above; densely covered in short stiff appressed hairs beneath; petiole 2-5.5 mm long. Flowers in densely 3-10-flowered terminal racemes. Calyx appressed pubescent. Standard elliptic, 6-7.5 mm long, yellow inside, sometimes marked red, red outside, pubescent towards the apex of the midvein. Keel angular and twisted near the apex 7-9 mm long. Pod sessile, shortly cylindric, 6-7 mm long, appressed pubescent. |
