Description: |
Fleshy perennial herb. Leaves basal, triangular, rhombic or almost circular, peltate, blue-green; margin variably toothed. Capitula 1-several, terminal, disc florets only, yellow. |
Notes: | S. milanjianus is similar but differs in having ray florets. |
Derivation of specific name: | oxyriifolius : with leaves like Oxyria digyna, a European species with broadly rounded leaves arising from the base |
Habitat: | Among rocks in montane grassland. |
